- Hindu Kush – Mountains
- Indo-Gangetic Plain, its one of the most densely populatated areas due to the alluvium that floods and creates fertile soil
PHYSICAL TERMS
- Monsoons, During the summer warm air comes, and in the winter comes the coold and dry. Summer Monsoons also cause mass flooding
- Cyclone – Hurricane in the Indian Ocean
- Alluvial – is land that is rich for farming
- Estuary – A broadened seaward end of a river, where the rivers currents meet the ocean’s tides
