Steps Below
Step One, Go to the page Below or at this Address
(Right Click the word “Address” above and select “Open In new Tab” option to keep this page open.)
This should be the page you are meet with, wait until the video loads and is no longer a black screen.
Scroll down and find the play back settings (the play button, sound button, full picture icon, and the three dots you see shown above)
After you find the playback settings, press the three buttons to the very right of your screen (next to the square with 4 corners)
A box like the one above should pop up once you press the button. Press the download Button. and it should download the Video.
A download should start, the file size should be around 300 MB (its a large file due to its resolution) If you are still unable to view it, it will be uploaded to youtube via this link
