Alice Website will now instead hold the wiki for the LBS

Why?

Cryark.net serves as the location of services, contact, intros and is meant to be used for the purpose of production use, Alice is meant to be used as a storage of intel or information for those services, it allows cryark.net to be a cleaner website while allowing alice to focus on the less clean, more information dense purpose.
