  • The system consits of Educational, Governmental, and Socieital Views, and boasts a highly optomistics in human nature
  • Features no specific rituals or practises
  • Belives that human can be imrpoved through teachings and can become perfect.
  • Focuses on Family and social harmony

Buddhism

  • Based on the teachings of Buddah
  • Center of Buddhism is located in Tibet
  • Buddhist teachings arrived in china during third century BC
  • Head of the religion is the Dalhi Lama
  • COnsidered the reincarnation of the original buddha

Islam

  • One of the largest religions with an estimated 23 million musims or about 1.7% of the total population
  • Muslims live throught china but are mostly consentrated in the xinniang, and are minorities in other areas. China has been under scrutiny after consetration camps were found targeting the majority muslim population

  • the Indigenous faith of Japan
  • Is as old as Japan itself
  • Japans major religion alongside buddhism
  • DKami = Devine spirit
  • Emphasis on Honor, Purity, Tradition, And Respect
  • Poluthestic/Animistic
  • No sacred text
  • Belives in devine presence in rocks, trees, rivers, animals, places, and even people

Communis

  • China is Communist
  • Communism does not recognize religion
  • Majority of chinese claim atheism or no religion
  • Oficial Language is mandarin and is used in the Government
  • Many Still follow practices of Taoism, Buddhism, and/or Confacianism
